Returns

We offer a 14 day full refund (excluding the Return costs) on all items when returned in Perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Items that you wish to return between 14 - 28 days of delivery and the items that have been used in any way and are excluding their original packaging, will be liable for a 25% restocking fee. This will be down to A Place In The Garden's discretion.

Sometimes when buying online, we all buy items that are too big or small. If this is the case, don't panic, just give us a call on 01403 864866 and we will be able to arrange an exchange for you.

All Bespoke items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please check all items upon delivery. If there is any damage or items missing, this needs to be reported to A Place In The Garden within 48hrs of delivery in order to create an insurance claim with the shipping agent. 

Failure to report damaged or missing items within this window may result in A Place In The Garden unable to replace damaged goods.
